About the event
This retreat is designed with you in mind. We will talk about topics such as end of life care, navigating the space between raising kids and raising parents, perimenopause and menopause, all things that WE need to be prepared for that we usually don’t talk about. Outside of delving into these topics we will have ample time to rest on purpose. There will be an on site masseuse for relaxation as well as a heated pool and other amenities to promote and harness relaxation. Everything you need will be on site. Come with an open heart and mind and leave filled with clarity and direction.
